Ecological commitment
The composition of our household products has a direct impact on the quality of our water.
Progress has been made since phosphates were banned from laundry detergents in 1986.
Yet household products remain a major source of pollution.
In Switzerland, the quality of drinking water is strictly regulated by laws setting thresholds for pollutants, but microplastics are not included.
That’s why our ecological commitment is based both on the rigorous composition of our products and on the reuse of our containers.
Every stage, from the choice of ingredients to delivery, is carefully thought through to minimise our environmental impact.
During our research, we found that almost all the naturally-occurring surfactants available on the market are derived either from fossil sources or from palm oil.
Unwilling to compromise our values in the slightest, we have persevered to develop environmentally-friendly, effective solutions that are free from these ingredients.
These are the pillars of our commitment:
Palm oil free (a major challenge as almost all biobased products contain palm oil)
Bonded and reused jerry cans
Our mission goes beyond simple cleaning: we create products that take care of your home while respecting our planet. Because every gesture counts, we are committed to preserving the environment with sustainable and innovative solutions.
This year, thanks to your commitment, we've managed to recycle 1.5 tonnes of plastic! And that's not counting the cans that you refill yourself at points of sale!
To go even further in reducing plastic waste, the 20L and 5L jerrycans on sale online and in certain shops are returnable for CHF 10 and can then be cleaned and reused.
And as an example of environmentally-friendly mobility, our products are delivered to you by bicycle in the canton of Geneva.

If we are members of the Chambre d’économie sociale et solidaire, it’s because we believe in this transition, both ecological and social, in order to maximise the eco-responsible impact on our society.
From the outset, we have worked with committed people who share our values.
Our products are made in Geneva in PRO Entreprise Humaine’s sheltered workshops by people on social welfare or in professional reintegration.
La Savonnerie de la Cité prepares 100% GRTA sunflower oil cold process soap just for us, to preserve all its virtues and keep your laundry soft.
But we also have partnerships with Ideal chimic SA, who provide us with a wealth of knowledge to ensure that our products are of such high quality.
Ovo takes care of all our deliveries in Geneva and by bike!

Production Inclusive
Our washing powder is manufactured in Geneva, in the inclusive workshops of the private social enterprise PRO.
This collaboration is not simply a production, but an opportunity for individuals in vocational rehabilitation to contribute to our shared mission.

Local ingredients
The organic sunflower oil used in our detergent comes from Affaire TourneRêve in Geneva.
We also benefit from the expertise of the Savonnerie de la Cité, which prepares cold process soap exclusively for us, preserving all its natural properties.
