Products

Where are your products made, and by whom?

Our products are manufactured in Plan-les-Ouates, in the canton of Geneva, by PRO Entreprise sociale privée, which employs people with disabilities or in rehabilitation.

How to use your products

Our products are all highly concentrated, each with a specific dosage. Please refer to our detailed product sheets in our store to find out the correct dosage for your product according to the hardness of your water, the dirtiness of your laundry, etc. You’ll find all this information directly on your product label.

Are your products suitable for my baby’s laundry?

Our detergents are based on natural ingredients that are harmless to skin and water. What’s more, they contain no perfumes or colorants, making them particularly suitable for sensitive baby skin, including cloth diapers.

Where can I find your products?

You can find our entire range in our online store, delivered to your door anywhere in Switzerland. You’ll also find them at numerous points of sale in Switzerland (see the list in the dedicated section).

Payments

What payment methods can I use in the online store?

When ordering from our online store, you can pay directly by credit card, or by bank transfer (same processing time as when payment is received).

Delivery

Where can I have your products delivered?

Our products are delivered all over Switzerland, right to your door!

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 4 to 5 working days in the canton of Geneva and 5 to 7 working days in the rest of Switzerland, excluding holiday periods.

How much do deliveries cost?

Postage is free from CHF 99 and CHF 9 below.

Who makes the deliveries?

In the canton of Geneva, OVO delivers to your door by bike, with the strength of a calf! In the rest of Switzerland, Planète Express brings your precious parcels right to your door.

Setpoint

Which cans are returnable?

Our 5 and 20-liter jerrycans are returnable and reusable. The 1L and 1.5L cans are non-returnable, so you can use them to refill your products at the point of sale (see the list on our dedicated page).

How much does the deposit cost?

The deposit is a one-off charge of CHF 10.00, payable only when you place your first online order.

What should I do with my empty jerry can?

It couldn’t be simpler: when you order a new jerrycan, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery, simply leave your empty jerrycan outside your door (or at the delivery point agreed with the delivery driver) and it will be exchanged for your new jerrycan.

What happens to empty jerry cans?

They are washed and then reused. As a result, since 2018, more than 1.5 tonnes of our containers have not gone to waste!
